Open all year, Harvest Hall, with it’s 120-person capacity and rustic atmosphere, is a distinctive and beautiful place to hold your event!  Whether you’re planning a birthday party, business or corporate event, family reunion, or wedding rehearsal or reception, Alstede Farms offers a pleasant space for a memorable get-together. We not only provide you with the unique atmosphere of a real farm but we also add convenience to your party planning by offering you an extensive catering menu. Please be aware that we charge a $300 fee for outside food source for all meals not catered through our catering department. Choose a basic rental and add-on other fun options to create your own special event. We also offer popular party packages: Pot-a-Plant Party or a Pick-Your-Own Party. See details below:

A non-refundable deposit of $295.00 is required to reserve Harvest Hall.

Our Hospitality Team will contact you to design the time and event once the deposit is made.

Harvest Hall Basic Rental Options:

Harvest Hall Basic Rental
(3 hours)

Price: $1,199 (March – December)
Price:  $999.00 (January – February)

Choose a time slot: 10:00 am – 1:00 pm or 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm. Add some extras like private pony rides, hay wagon rides, campfire with s’mores or bounce house to create your own special event!

Includes:

3 hour event time
1 hour set up prior to the event and 1/2 hour clean up and check out time
Private attendant
Private parking
Private restrooms
Tables and chairs for up to 120 guests.

Harvest Hall Basic Rental
(8 hours)

Price: $2,999 (March – December)
Price: $2,499 (January – February)

Choose any 8 hours between 9:00 am and 10:00 pm. Add some extras like private pony rides, hay wagon rides, campfire with s’mores or bounce house to create your own special event!

8 hour event time
1 hour set up prior to the event and 1/2 hour clean up and check out time

Price: $999 (March – December)
Price: $799 (January – February)

This option is available Monday – Thursday on non-holidays. Not available on weekday holidays. Add some extras  to create your own special event!

Price: $1394.00**

Available April – May. Guests enjoy a fun time of potting a plant together to take home.

Includes:

3 hour event time
Includes 40 guests. Each additional person is $8.99 per person.
1 hour set up prior to the event and 1/2 hour clean up and check out time
Private hay wagon ride out to our greenhouses.
Tables and chairs for up to 120 guests.

Harvest Hall Pick Your Own Party

Price: $1394.00**

Available June – October. Guests will enjoy a private hay wagon ride out to the fields or orchards to pick a set amount of fruit for guests to take home.

Includes:

3 hour event time
Includes 40 guests. Each additional person is $8.99 per person.
Babies under the age of 1 are free of charge and final headcount is conducted on the hayride.
1 hour set up prior to event and 1/2 hour clean up and check out time
Private hay wagon ride out to the fields or orchards.
Tables and chairs for up to 120 guests.

Available Spring, Summer, or Fall
Deposit required: $175

Alstede Farms is a wonderful place to host an outdoor event. Our reserved party areas provide guests with a beautiful backdrop for any celebration. This party area is available in spring, summer, and fall and features your own private space with picnic tables under a big tent in a tranquil farm setting.  Visiting our farm animals is included as part of this rental. Public restrooms with flush toilets and running water are also provided for your convenience. This party is ideal for events hosting up to 50 guests. Please be aware that we charge a $300 fee for outside food source for all meals not catered through our catering department.

The total cost of your party depends on the optional add-ons you choose to include. Please speak to our events manager for additional information .

How to reserve your date:

  • Select your desired date from the calendar.
  • Click the green “availability” button to see the available time slots (marked in green). Time slots marked in red are already booked.
  • Pick the start time for your party and click the “reserve your date” button.
  • Complete the checkout booking form. Click “continue” button to submit payment information.
  • Review your information and click “Confirm“. You’ll see a success message when completed.
