Stay and enjoy friendly farm animals\, self-guided museum tour\, visit our charming farm store or enjoy homemade ice cream. \nMenu Includes: \n\nFrench Toast with a Strawberry Compote and Whipped Cream\nMini Western Omelets Garnished with Chopped Asparagus and Hollandaise Sauce\nApplewood Smoked Bacon\nFarm Fresh Sausage Links\nPasta with Alstede Fresh Asparagus in a White Wine Garlic Sauce\nBalsamic Glazed Chicken with Portobello Mushrooms\nApple-Glazed Roasted Pork\nHerb-Ricotta Eggplant Rollatini\nBreakfast Potatoes\nGarden Salad Station – Build Your Own\n\nA vibrant selection featuring Alstede Fresh Mixed Greens\, accompanied by a bounty of vegetables\, assorted cheeses\, and proteins such as ham\, shrimp\, and shredded chicken. Served with a variety of dressings to finish your perfect plate.\n\n\nBuild Your Own Sundae Station:\n\nA sweet finale featuring a selection of our homemade ice cream flavors. The cost of the tickets below reflect the price of the table\, not per individual. The cost also includes the buffet for each individual present at the table. Highchairs for children two (2) and younger can be added to any tables for no charge.
