Capture the wonder of the season with laughter\, photos\, and unforgettable moments together. \n\nBreakfast: \nAssorted Mini-Quiche \nA delightful assortment of bite-sized quiche featuring seasonal vegetables\, savory cheeses\, and farm-fresh eggs. \nMaple-Glazed Bacon & Country Sausage\nFarmhouse bacon brushed with our house-made Vermont maple syrup and paired with classic breakfast sausages for the perfect sweet-and-savory balance. \nRoasted Vegetable Frittata\nA fluffy farm-style frittata filled with oven-roasted seasonal vegetables and herbs. \nBelgian Waffles with Maple-Pecan Topping\nBelgian waffles served with our signature warm maple–pecan topping made from Alstede Farms’ very own maple syrup. \nLunch: \nFour Cheese Lasagna: Layers of pasta baked with a rich blend of four cheeses\, finished with a slow-simmered marinara. \nChicken Marsala: Tender chicken medallions sautéed with mushrooms in a silky Marsala wine reduction. \nBaked Spiral Ham: Sweet\, smoky\, and perfectly glazed—our holiday ham is baked until caramelized and tender. \nSanta’s Special Chicken Tenders & French Fries. \n\nCarving Station:\n\nBacon-Wrapped Country Meatloaf with Mashed Potatoes: Our signature homestyle meatloaf wrapped in smoky bacon\, carved to order\, and served with creamy mashed potatoes.\n\nDrinks:\n\n\nHot Chocolate \nFresh-Brewed Coffee & a Selection of Teas \nWater\, farm-pressed apple cider\, and classic holiday eggnog. \nDessert: \nAssorted Christmas Cookies\nA festive assortment of cookies \nCinnamon Rolls\nSoft\, warm rolls swirled with cinnamon and topped with a sweet vanilla glaze. \nEggnog Bread Pudding\nA rich\, custardy bread pudding infused with holiday eggnog and warm spices. \nDecorate-Your-Own Pretzel Rod\nKids can decorate their own chocolate-dipped pretzel rod right at the table\, complete with festive toppings and sprinkles. \n\nAdvanced tickets are required and will be sold per time slot. There are two time slots available for all dates which are: 10:00AM & 12:00PM. There will be a strict ninety (90) minute time frame from the start of your selected time slot to sit and enjoy your brunch. Please arrive fifteen (15) minutes before your scheduled time slot to allow ample time to enjoy your meal. Late arrivals will ultimately affect your time for dining. \nIn addition\, the brunch will be sold per table with options for a table of four (4)\, table of six (6)\, and a table of eight (8). The cost of the tickets below reflect the price of the table\, not per individual. The cost also includes the buffet for each individual present at the table. Highchairs for children two (2) and younger can be added to any tables for no charge. There will be no deviations from these options. \n***New This Season! Make unforgettable memories and add-on a cut-your-own Christmas tree experience! Wander through our picturesque tree farm\, where you can choose the perfect tree to bring home. Equipped with saws and friendly guidance from our staff\, you’ll have everything you need to safely cut and transport your tree.*** \nCut-Your-Own Christmas Trees are limited to the Douglas Fir variety  between 5-7 Feet Tall. \nAll seating will be indoors and photo opportunities with Santa will be available to all guests.
