Za’atar is a middle eastern spice generally made from a combination of dried oregano, thyme, marjoram, sumac and toasted sesame seeds. This spice is traditionally used for yogurt or hummus and can be eaten in a variety of ways. This is a dried, ground spice sold in 1.4 oz. glass jars.
