Choose one of the most unique outdoor party venues in NJ!

Our outdoor reserved party areas are perfect for a casual, farm-themed party. Choose from one of our activity-themed party packages or choose a basic rental and customize your event as you wish!

Each outdoor reserved tent party is 3 hours in length. Hosts are given an extra half an hour pre-party for decorating, and 15 minutes post-party for cleaning up. Once your party is booked, you can customize your event with entertaining add-ons such as a Pick Your Own private hay wagon for up to 40 guests, children’s activity tickets, animal feed bags and food selections from our catering menu. We also offer budget-friendly party packages available Monday through Friday.

All outdoor tent parties require a deposit of $175.00 to reserve the space.

Basic Rental

Available April – Nov.

Includes: 3 hours rental and 30 minutes set up time and 15 minutes break down; 4 or 6 picnic tables (depending on the size of your party) and white plastic disposable tablecloths. Also included in price: well-manicured grassy area, visiting our farm friendly animals, trash removal, clean restrooms with hot and cold water.

Pot-A-Plant Add-On

Available April – May

Add a Pot‑a‑Plant activity to your basic tent rental for a fun, hands‑on party experience. This add‑on includes a scenic hay‑wagon ride to our greenhouses, where everyone will pot a plant to take home (a great party favor!). Wagons include up to 40 guests.

PYO Fruit Add-On

Available June – Nov.

Add a Pick‑Your‑Own (PYO) activity to your basic tent rental for a fun, farm‑focused party experience. This add‑on includes a scenic hay‑wagon ride to the picking area, information about the fruit you’ll be picking (varies by season), and a container for your harvest. It’s a great activity for all ages. Wagons include up to 40 guests.

Animal Lover Party

Includes: 1 1/2 hour reserved party area rental, up to 15 animal feed bags and a container of lemonade with cups, a self-guided informational tour on the different types of animals, including some fun facts and opportunity to feed them.

Includes: 1 1/2 hour reserved party area rental, all farm fun activities for children (pony rides, wagon train rides, bouncy house), a visit with our friendly farm animals with animal feed bags for up to 15 children.

Price: $349**     Each additional child is $17.00

Deluxe Animals and Activities Package

Includes: 1 1/2 hour reserved party area rental, all farm fun activities for children (pony rides, wagon train rides, bouncy house), a visit with our friendly farm animals with animal feed bags and lemonade for up to 15 children, PLUS two (2) pizzas.
