All about Herbs- Class 1 – April 27

Here is your chance to prove you have a green thumb!  We'll discuss setting up an herb garden.  Which herbs grow the best together?  We will share tips to help your garden flourish.  We will plant, pinch, taste, and prepare garden herbs and share some of our favorite recipes and ideas.  This class is intended for adults and older teens accompanied by a parent.

Farm Fun Activities

Enjoy lots of fun children's activities here on the farm: hay wagon rides, pony rides, Moon Bounce, wagon train rides, and Corn Kingdom. Both children and adults will enjoy visiting our baby animals and scenic hay wagon rides around our farm!

How to Prep, Store and Savor Like a Pro – May 4

It is time to make a plan!  Set up your kitchen and pantry and prepare for your herb garden. We will discuss the best techniques for storage and some simple methods of preparation of fresh fruits and vegetables. We will share some tried and true recipes and we will prepare for freezing and preserving for later use.  This class is intended for adults and older teens accompanied by a parent.

Farm to Table Brunch for Mom – Saturday May 11th 10:00am

Mother's Day Collage

Treat Mom to a special farm to table brunch in honor of Mother’s Day. Enjoy a tractor drawn wagon ride to Harvest Hall, our indoor dining facility, for a delicious buffet menu of assorted gourmet breakfast and lunch items featuring farm fresh produce. Take in the relaxed farm atmosphere with casual family style seating for a truly memorable day. Stay and enjoy friendly farm animals, cider mill tours and a self-guided museum tour, visit our charming farm store or enjoy homemade ice cream.

Reservations are required due to limited seating.  Guests are asked to arrive 15 minutes prior to their reservation to allow time to board the tractor drawn wagon ride to Harvest Hall.

Tickets for brunch are not required for children under 2, however, tickets are required to participate in the children's activities if desired. 

Children's activities are recommended for ages 2-12 and include pony rides, moon bounce, wagon train rides, and corn kingdom and are available from 10 am - 4 pm.
