This is a great way to serve apples raw
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c chopped pecans
1/4 c chopped raisins
1/2 c sour cream
Beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the brown sugar and continue to mix. Add the sour cream, nuts and raisins. Be sure all ingredients are blended well.
Serve chilled with apple and pear wedges
