Rooted Locally, Inspired Globally

A New Jersey Hometown Farm with Global Reach

Winter on our New Jersey farm is a season of planning, preparation, and connection. While our fields rest beneath the frost, activity continues behind the scenes. Select crops are grown in our greenhouses and high tunnels, and our farmers are focused on preparing for the growing season ahead.

It’s during these winter months that local care and global inspiration intersect—capturing what Hometown Farm and Global Reach truly means.

Local Farming in New Jersey, All Season Long

During winter, our farm continues to grow select greens and herbs in our greenhouses while carefully planning spring plantings. At the same time, our farm market remains stocked year-round with a thoughtfully curated selection of fresh produce and farm-fresh foods—sourced from our farm when in season and from trusted growers when it’s not.

This approach allows us to continue offering fresh, seasonal food to our New Jersey community while staying true to our commitment to quality, transparency, and local agriculture.
