Pony Rides

Private pony rides

Imagine the unforgettable memories made with private pony rides at your party or event. This option is available when booking our Harvest Hall venue and includes gentle pony rides led by our friendly staff in our designated area. The pony ride activity is recommended for children ages 2-12 with a weight limit of 120 pounds.

Price: $449 for 1.5 hours. (March – December).

We request $100 deposit when booking.

Private Hay Wagon Ride

Private hay wagon ride

A tractor-drawn hay wagon ride evokes warm smiles and fun memories. You may choose to add on a private wagon ride for you and your party guests to enhance your farm experience. The private wagon ride includes beautiful views and a tour guide. This option is available when booking a party at our Harvest Hall venue. Fee includes 40 guests; $8.99 for each additional guest.

Price: $195 (March – December).

Private Campfire

Private campfire

Toasting marshmallows, building s ‘mores around a roaring fire – what better way to bond with your guests and enjoy the fun of a real campfire on the farm! This add-on is available when booking our Harvest Hall venue and includes s ‘mores kits for up to 50 guests.

Price: $449 for 3 hours

We request $100 deposit when booking.

Bounce House - Add-on

Private Barn Bounce (Bounce House)

We have a barn bounce house rental option for your Harvest Hall event. One of our friendly staff members will be an attendant for this activity

Price: $449 for 3 hours (March – December).

Additional 1 hour time: $199 per hour (if available)
White tent: $499 – includes a 20×40 tent
Extra dedicated party attendant: $55 per hour; must be for the duration of the event
Extra serving tables: $35 per table; 5 are included
Chafing dish rental: $25; includes rack, 2 Sternos and water tray
Extra plastic tablecloth: $9.99 each
Linen tablecloths: $15

White resin chairs: $10
Chair covers: $5
Haybales: $9.99
Décor: peach baskets, gunny sacks, flowers, pumpkins, decorative corn, or any additional decorations for tables: prices per item.
Bags of Ice: $2.99
Parking attendants: $200; required if more than 80 cars
Rental storage: $150; fee applies if you are renting equipment from an outside vendor and we need to store it before or after your event.

Outside vendor fee: $100 (DJ, Bartender, Decorator (including balloons)
Outside catering fee: $300; no use of kitchen or catering supplies
Screen/Projector: $50 (not connected to speaker system)
Microphone/Speaker Unit: $25
Corn Hole: $35 (fee assessed for lost bean bags)
Wood Slices: $5/each (14 total)
Parking Attendants: $200 (required if more than 70 cars)
