Join the adventure by becoming a fresh discovery club member.  These on farm events provide a fresh new take on the farm experience.  See, smell, savor and enjoy something new and exciting every month – from strawberries and herbs, to pumpkins and decorating ideas. Each class will feature something fresh to discover from a scenic wagon ride around our beautiful 377-acre farm, a craft, cooking or planting class and a chance to ask questions! We cannot wait to show you how to get the most out of your produce and farm visits. Fresh Discovery club membership is reserved for our closest neighbors and provides opportunities for freshest tastes of the season. Click here to enroll.

Cooking with Herbs

Here is your chance to prove you have a green thumb!  We’ll discuss setting up an herb garden.  Which herbs grow the best together?  We will share tips to help your garden flourish.  We will discuss preparing garden herbs and share some of our favorite recipes and ideas. This class is intended for adults and older teens accompanied by a parent.

Earth Day Event

Enjoy an opportunity to learn about setting up and planting your own successful home garden with our expert Farm Production Manager, Craig Steely. The class will feature an educational component along with time for individual questions and answers, so you can be prepared for your backyard growing season. Our culinary and educational specialist, Jenn Borealo will also guide participants in a fun planting activity to take home.

Reservations are required as space is limited. Tickets are $9.99 per person with reduced price admission ($5.99) for Fresh Discovery Loyalty Club and Community Supported Agriculture members.
