Fresh Spinach Meatballs

1 bunch fresh spinach, stems removed, cleaned dried and chopped
2 ½ pounds ground turkey breast, or beef or pork, beef and veal or lamb
½ c medium onion, finely minced,
3-4 large garlic cloves minced
1 large egg
1/3 cup milk
2/3 cup breadcrumbs
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Place the ground meat in a large bowl.  Add the spinach, onion, garlic, egg, milk, breadcrumbs and the Parmesan cheese, season with salt and pepper. Mix until combined, then form the meat mixture into 18 meat balls. Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment and roast for 20 minutes at 400 or brown meatballs on all sides in a skillet on the stove.
I love meatballs just out of the pan you may want to add to your favorite tomato sauce, or you may drizzle with Alfredo sauce.  Prepare tiny meatballs and add to your favorite soup.
