Peach Salsa

2 cups fresh peaches chopped
1 medium tomato chopped
1/4 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1/4 cup chopped red onion
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
1 T lime juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

Mix together all ingredients. Refrigerate for 2 hours to allow flavors to blend. Serve with grilled pork, chicken or fish or just chips.
