Roasted Beet Hummus

1 15.5oz Can Chick Peas
1/4 Cup of Tahini
1 Roasted Beet Cut into Cubes
2 Cloves of Garlic
1 TBS Lemon Juice
1/2 TSP Kosher Salt
Handful of Thyme Leaves

Add all ingredients except for Thyme leaves into a blender and puree for 2 minutes. Transfer to a serving bowl and top with Thyme leaves. Serve with your favorite side such as: Vegetables, Pita Bread, Crackers, etc.
