1/4 c red wine vinegar
1 t Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 t Dijon-style mustard
1/4 t coarse salt
1/2 t coarsely ground black pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Mix together the first 6 ingredients, whisk in the olive oil.
This is a great make ahead dressing that will keep in your refrigerator!
