Spinach Bars

Combine: the following ingredients:
1C flour
1 C Milk
3 eggs
½ t salt
½ t baking soda
½ t baking powder
1 stick softened butter
1 8 oz. shredded cheese (the recipe calls for cheddar, but Swiss works well too)
Add about 16 oz. of spinach or other green leafy vegetable.  (These should be chopped, steamed quickly and drained well.)
Spread in a greased 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
